INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

In a little bowl, whip together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, white pepper and ginger; set aside.
In a big pot of water that is boiling, add Yaki Soba until loosened, aproximatelly 1 2 minutes; drain properly.
Heat organic olive oil in a big skillet over medium high temperature. Add celery and onion, until tender, stirring often, and cook, aproximatelly 3-4 minutes. Stir in cabbage until warmed through, aproximatelly one minute.
Stir in Yaki-Soba as well as soy sauce mixture until nicely combined, about 2 minutes.
Serve right away.
NOTES:
